Beta 0.0.6 Changelog:
News:
- Grapple Up! and mikoroonii games have been added to the Internet Games DataBase, aka IGDB! this means you can stream in the Grapple Up! category on Twitch, add it to services like Playnite, or any other software that implements IGDB. Woohoo!
- I’m working on an OST for Grapple Up! It will be implemented and publicly available with the full release.
- Speaking of sound, I plan to add multi-channel audio mixing (so you can turn down music, turn up sfx etc) in the next update.
Fixes:
- enabled static lighting. this, theoretically, should have pretty significant performance enhancements, but will increase download size
- Lowered “grapple” volume
- Made the Credits and Exit buttons actually work on the main menu. was no one going to tell me i never set those up?
- New post-processing stack
- Sunlight power now is weaker the further up you go. Don’t worry, you won’t be plunged into darkness, but it will get dark.
Additions:
- Big map updates
- Added “Sizzle Pots”
- Added “Gravity Volumes”
- More gachapons
- A second, persistent save to track things like total distance travelled, total completions.
- When the player beats the game, they’ll be given a golden shirt with a badge counting their wins. Currently, there’s no win condition, so this is unavailable. Uses the persistent save.
And as always, probably more i’ve forgotten.
